These terms apply to the yJEEK apps — customer, driver and store — developed and owned by Creative Front, Saudi Arabia.

1. Acceptance

By using any yJEEK app, or by creating an account in one, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the service is

yJEEK is an intermediary platform. It connects customers with car-service stores and with the drivers who move the vehicle between the customer's location and the store. The store is the actual service provider; we are not a party to the service itself and do not perform it.

3. Your account

• Registration uses a Saudi mobile number verified by a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping that code private and for all activity on your account.
• You must be 18 or older, and the details you enter must be accurate and kept up to date.
• One account per mobile number. Impersonating someone else, or using an account that is not yours, is not permitted.
• You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Settings → Delete account. See the account deletion page for details.

4. Orders and cancellation

• An order becomes binding when the store accepts it. Before that you may cancel free of charge.
• After acceptance, or once a driver is on the way to you, a cancellation fee may apply. The amount is shown in the app before you confirm the cancellation and is charged to your wallet.
• A store may decline or cancel an order for operational reasons; anything already paid is refunded.
• You must be available at the agreed time and address, and hand the vehicle over to the driver and receive it back.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Saudi riyals, include VAT where applicable, and are shown in full before you confirm an order.
• Payment is made electronically through a licensed payment provider, or in cash on delivery where offered. We never store your card details — they are entered with the payment provider directly.
• The in-app wallet holds balances, refunds and cancellation fees. A negative balance is a debt that is added to your next order's invoice.
• Refunds, where due, are returned by the same method used to pay and may take as long as your bank or the payment provider requires.

6. Your vehicle

• You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorised to act for its owner, and that its papers are in order.
• Photos of the vehicle are taken at pickup and at delivery to record its condition. Check them on delivery and raise anything you notice with support at the time.
• Do not leave cash, valuables or personal documents in the vehicle; we are not responsible for their loss.

7. Prohibited use

Do not use the app for anything unlawful, to mistreat drivers or store staff, to submit false information, to attack, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, to reach other people's data, or to abuse offers and coupons.

8. Liability

The technical quality of the service is the performing store's responsibility. We are responsible for operating the platform itself in line with these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for anything arising from force majeure, network outages, or incorrect information you gave us. Nothing here limits the statutory rights granted to you under the laws of Saudi Arabia.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud, telling you why where we can. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
