This page applies to the yJEEK apps — customer, driver, and store — developed by Creative Front.

From inside the app (fastest — deletion is immediate)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
3. Read what will be deleted, then tap "Delete account" and confirm. Deletion happens straight away.

By email (alternative)

1. Email support@creativefront.sa with the subject "Account deletion request".
2. Include the mobile number registered in the app and which app you use (customer / driver / store).
3. We verify that you own the number, then delete the account and confirm to you within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile data: name, phone number, email, and profile photo.
• Your saved addresses and registered vehicles.
• Location data associated with your account.
• Images you uploaded, support conversations, and notification preferences.

What is retained, and why

• Order, invoice, and financial transaction records — Saudi accounting and tax law requires us to keep these. They are retained separated from your identity as far as possible.
• An account cannot be deleted while an order is in progress, or while you owe an outstanding amount; the app tells you when this applies.
• Wallet credit does not block deletion — but it is forfeited when the account goes, so spend it first if you want to.
